Full-spectrum leadership of a design, production, and supply enterprise spanning interior furniture, solar infrastructure, and B2B industrial contracts — covering sales & marketing, product development, procurement, project execution, and client handover. Spearheaded the IDR 1.2B solar-powered RFID reader project for PT. Adaro/Maruwai Coal (Muara Tuhup, Central Kalimantan), encompassing product design, fabrication supervision, on-site field installation under active mining safety standards, JSA/lifting plan documentation, P5M pre-shift safety briefings, and technical knowledge transfer to the end-user team. Also delivered a 4-storey commercial shophouse construction in Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta valued at IDR 1.1B, and continues to manage residential and commercial interior fit-out projects across Jabodetabek using SketchUp 3D visualisation as the primary client engagement and closing tool.

Built the brand and client base from zero, culminating in a 2-year exclusive workshop partnership contract with PT. Dekoruma Inovasi Lestari covering the Tangerang Selatan service area (2019–2021). Accumulated approximately IDR 1B in interior production orders through the Dekoruma partnership, plus around IDR 500M in direct residential projects — demonstrating a persuasive proposal approach and consistent design-quality delivery. This venture formed the commercial and operational foundation from which PT. Elsaga Multi Kreasi was formally incorporated.

CV. Surya Sumunar · Multi-Province Operations

Founded and scaled a multi-sector enterprise across maintenance, electrical works, civil construction, and solar cell supply, generating cumulative revenue of approximately IDR 6.5B over 8 years. Executed B2G government infrastructure contracts (solar electrification programmes) and B2B subcontracts for major industrial clients including PT. Leighton and PT. HM. Sampoerna, operating across Papua, NTT, and Kalimantan. Delivered around IDR 5B in solar cell supply contracts to remote districts of Eastern Indonesia, including 3,500+ home solar units to the roadless highlands of Papua (Nduga and Puncak Jaya) — managing the full logistics chain from Java container loading to light-aircraft charter delivery and last-mile on-foot distribution. Also secured and executed civil and MEP works as subcontractor to PT. Patra Supplies & Services across multiple client sites, including HM. Sampoerna facilities in Belitung and Karawang, a civil project in Timika (Papua), and maintenance works at PT. Leighton's camp in Satui, South Kalimantan — accumulating around IDR 1.5B across the subcontract portfolio. Managed B2G tender documentation, regulatory compliance, and field teams across extreme remote environments under tight delivery schedules.

PT. Biya Maestro Hardscape · Java & Kalimantan

On a project basis alongside his directorship at CV. Surya Sumunar, Galih managed on-site field operations for three concurrent major hardscape and landscape construction projects: the Swimming Pool & Recreation Area at Pondok Cabe (2014), the monumental Entrance Gate at BSB City Semarang (2014), and the Qubu Resort hardscape development in Pontianak (2016). Responsible for crew coordination, material procurement, progress reporting, and milestone delivery.

Developed structured corporate procurement expertise within one of Indonesia's largest telecommunications groups, covering vendor management, purchasing governance, and budget compliance — building the operational procurement discipline that underpinned all subsequent B2G and B2B contract execution in entrepreneurial roles.
